Students are representing various Islamic Schools and organizations to display their talents and linguistic skills of reciting the Quran.
The top 15 Students of Quran who have shown proficiency in reading, pronunciation, and rhythm will be judged for their abilities and awarded in three categories.
The Quran Competition will be followed by an international ‘iftar, provided by the international communities of Greater Newark and vicinities. There will also be an awards presentation immediately afterwards.
