In this message, the President expressed hope that in light of the guiding lights of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), by following the Prophet, at a time when more than ever, humanity is in need of peace, we can curb bloodshed, violence, and extremism by growing empathy, fraternity, and friendship and bring peace with security and spirituality for the Islamic Ummah and the humanity.
At the end of his message, President Rouhani prayed for the health and success of the entire Muslim world.
